WHAT IS Under Water Repair PuttyTM Under Water Repair Putty is a solvent free epoxy system consisting of TWO parts. It can be applied and will cure underwater. Parts A & B are to be mixed by equal volume. The resulting viscosity will be that of peanut butter. UW-Repair Putty is designed to be used in wet or underwater repair but can also be used above the waterline.
