What is Aquaply 80SS?

Aquaply 80SS is a stainless steel filled coating for rebar. It is the ultimate corrosion protection coating with the combination of epoxy and stainless steel. It is much more cost effective than stainless sheathing. Aquaply 80SS is idea for machinery and for storage tanks containing petroleum products on land and on sea.

PREPARATION

     Hydroblast to remove previous coatings,
       grease, and rust
     For concrete, remove all dirt and
        laitance, vacuum or pressure wash
     Use our RUSTPRIME primer

STORAGE

Aquaply 80SS may be kept in sealed containers @ ambient temperature for 12-24 months.
